Super excited!

On the way to school, l was walking with my friend; we live down the road from each other and we were super excited! We talked about making new friends and wondered what our first lessons would be. Recently we had started playing Dungeons  and Dragons (a role-playing fantasy board game) so we were wondering if we could make a club about that there. And before we knew it, we were at the school gates being greeted by the Deputy Principal.

When we arrived, our first thought was how much bigger it was compared to primary school. The second thought was who looks nice and friendly. But before we could greet anybody, our Head of Year had blown the whistle and it was tutor time. We were taken to our class by a teacher, who was very friendly and keen to know everybody by the end of class. Later, we were handed our timetables; my first class was with one of the computer science teachers. Afterwards, it was break time where we could go to the cafeteria and get a snack before the third lesson. Then I had science before lunch (lunch was super tasty!) And for my fourth lesson I had D.T. By the end of the day, I had made four friends! All in all, it felt like it was going to be a very welcoming first day and it was!
