Using ParentPay, you are able to pay for Academy meals (cashless system), trips, music lessons, revision books, and lots more using your credit and debit cards.
The Academy does not accept payment by cash or cheque but instead enables all payents to be processed through ParentPay. This is a free service to parents/carers and staff.
To use the system you will need your unique user ID and password. Parents receive a letter containing their user ID and password as soon as a child is fully registered as a student at the Academy so that they are able to start using ParentPay immediately.
ParentPay benefits our students and the Academy in many ways not least by removing the risks associated with students carrying cash to school and reducing administration which creates more time to devote to educational support and the smooth running of the Academy.

All students are issued £3 complimentary printing credits at the start of the academic year. Once these have been used up, the account holder/student must purchase more credits themselves using the option provided on ParentPay.
The minimum amount of credits which can be purchased is £5 and the maximum is £10. The minimum amount should typically last for a term for most students if used sensibly for school related printing only.
However, we are aware GCSE and A-Level students print more so they may wish to purchase the maximum amount to cover their needs. Please note that we only monitor transactions each morning and will aim to update printing accounts daily. If credits are purchased later in the day it will be picked up the following day to action. Please allow 48 hours before contacting us if your child has not yet received their printing credits.
