Students at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace Celebrate GCSE Success

Students at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace are today celebrating their GCSE results with a strong performance across the board.

85% of students achieved at least five GCSEs including English and maths, with three in four students getting at least a Grade 7, equivalent to an A or higher, in Triple Science.

Amongst those celebrating straight ‘super’ Grade 9s, equivalent to an A**, are Imran and Shasvn, who achieved 18 Grade 9s between them!

Katherine Cumberbatch, Principal at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace, said:

“We are thrilled for our Year 11 students. The last two years have been very challenging for them due to the pandemic. But these results demonstrate how their continued commitment, hard work and determination has paid off. I am very proud of each of them and look forward to them returning to our Sixth Form in September so they can continue to excel at school”.
