Year 7 Transition Programme 2025

Wednesday 11th June 2025, 6pm – 7pm, Year 7 Parents' Information Evening

We invite Parents and Carers of our incoming Year 7 for September 2025 to join us at the academy to meet with Mr Rigby, Principal, and Ms Gonzales, Assistant Principal who is our transition lead, to share more details of your child’s experience at HCACP. The evening will provide information on what to expect in the lead up to joining us. You will also get the chance to meet our wider leadership team.

 

Friday 4th July 2025, 9am – 1pm, Year 7 Induction Day

We are so excited to welcome you to our amazing academy. Please join us on Friday 4th July to tour our academy, try out some secondary lessons, meet your Form Tutors, find out about your faculties, teachers and make new friends.

 

Tuesday 2nd September 2025, First Day of School

On your first day you will get the opportunity to spend time with those in your form, find out about your timetable , get to know the building and our expectations without other year groups around. We can also complete important admin on this day too like getting your photograph taken and organising your ParentPay lunch account.

We can’t wait to meet you!
