The Year 11 COA Evening
Last Thursday Harris City Academy bid a fond farewell to its current Year 11 students at their final Celebration of Achievement evening. The COA is a formal prize giving where students are recognised for their achievements and contribution to the Academy. Compered by students Deslyn Kurankye Afoakwa (11CB), Teri Kennedy-Smith (11AA) and Connor Dragoi (11SP) the evening was an emotional affair for students, parents and teachers as we all took a look back at the lives of our senior cohort over the last five years.
It’s good to know we will be seeing the lion share of our Year 11s again when they enrol in our Sixth Form this August.
