New Play Promotes Resilience and Wellbeing

Later this month, students in years 7-10 will be watching a performance by Theatre Online called ‘How are you?’.

‘How Are You?’ explores the issue of mental health in young people in a sensitive and engaging way. It considers changes in friendships, pressure around school work and exams, family tensions, and anxiety.

Today's young people face an unprecedented change to their lives and routines. The production encourages children and young people to speak out about the issues they are facing, whilst examining strategies they can use to improve their well-being.

How Are You

Students will watch the play online on Tuesday 30th March and have a chance to talk about the issues it raises too.
