This , the most important message we can share is talk to someone you trust if you’re struggling. You don’t have to go through this alone - and there is no shame in accepting help. Let someone support you. Things can get better.

ParentPay & ePortals

Using ParentPay, you are able to pay for Academy meals (cashless system), trips, music lessons, revision books, and lots more using your credit and debit cards.

The Academy does not accept payment by cash or cheque but instead enables all payents to be processed through ParentPay. This is a free service to parents/carers and staff.

To use the system you will need your unique user ID and password. Parents receive a letter containing their user ID and password as soon as a child is fully registered as a student at the Academy so that they are able to start using ParentPay immediately.

ParentPay benefits our students and the Academy in many ways not least by removing the risks associated with students carrying cash to school and reducing administration which creates more time to devote to educational support and the smooth running of the Academy.

For further information about using ParentPay to pay securely online for trips, music lessons, lunches and other activities please contact the Academy Finance Office.

ePortal guides

Using our ePortals you can get up-to-date information about your child, including assessments, their timetable and other useful information.

Please use the links below to view a PDF User Guide for ePortal. If you have any further questions please get in touch with the Academy via info@harriscrystalpalace.org.uk
