Prospectus and application forms sent to feeder primary schools

Open Evening (5:00pm to 8:00pm)
No admittance to the Academy after 7:30pm

Deadline for applications:
Common Application Form to the Local Authority
Supplementary Information Form to Harris City Academy Crystal Palace (Only if concessions to the test are required e.g. Medical, Special Education Needs etc)

Beginning of December 2011
A confirmation letter will be sent to families inviting children to the testing day NFER non-verbal reasoning test and Harris City Academy aptitude test

Week - Monday 12th to Friday 16th December 2011
Testing Week

March 2012 (To be confirmed by LA)
Local Authority inform families of the result of their child’s application

March 2012 (To be confirmed by LA)
Deadline date for accepting the offer of a place (5:00pm)

Saturday 31st March 2012
Deadline date for appeal (4:00pm). Please note no appeals will be considered after this date.

31st August 2012
The waiting list only operates until the 31st August.  From the 1st September applicants still requesting to be held on the waiting list will need to apply to their Local Authority for an In Year Application form.
