New PTFA committee
The PTFA elected three new committee members at its meeting last week. The new team
is now looking forward to organising some great fundraising events and we hope that you
will participate and lend your support. But remember that you don’t have to be on the
committee to attend our meetings and help with PTFA events. Everyone is welcome and
we would love to hear your ideas.
Quiz Night
Will your team be the first winners of the Harris PTFA Quiz Night trophy? Come to our
next event, Quiz Night, on 22 November and find out. Make up a team with your friends
and family or just join one on the night. Tickets cost £6 for an adult and £3 for a student
and are on sale at school now. Each team will be provided with a delicious platter of
sandwiches. There will be a raffle with great prizes as well plus a licensed bar. For more

What we do
The PTFA raises money for the school through a series of enjoyable social events
throughout the year. Don’t forget that all profits raised through PTFA events are used to
buy equipment for your child’s school, improving the learning environment. It’s all about
helping your child receive the best possible education. Please support us. Together we
can make our school even better!
