SUMMER BREAK INFORMATION
Please note that the Academy is now closed for the summer period and will re-open again on Tuesday 6th September 2011 for new Year 7s and new Year 12s. The Academy will be open to all Years on Wednesday 7th September 2011.
RESULTS AND ENROLMENT INFORMATION
A LEVEL and BTEC LEVEL 3 RESULTS DAY: THURSDAY 18TH AUGUST 2011
· Year 13 students can collect their results from Harris City Academy Crystal Palace from 10.00am.
· Year 12 students can collect their results from Harris City Academy Crystal Palace from 11.30am onwards, with the exception of Harris Academy East Dulwich students who should go to their base site to collect their results.
· Please note we will not be able to issue the Year 12 results before the above stated time.
· All results will be available for collection in the Sports Hall on Thursday 18th August only. Students should enter the school via the main site entrance and make their way to the hard court.
· Any results which are not collected by 1.30pm will be posted to the home address.
· Staff will be available to support and advise students where necessary.
· All Year 12 students must see a member of the Post 16 Management team once they have collected their results to confirm their place in Year 13. A slip will be in their results envelope which must be signed as completion of this enrolment.
GCSE and BTEC LEVEL 2 RESULTS DAY: THURSDAY 25TH AUGUST 2011
· Year 11 students can collect their results from 10.00am.
· Students in Years 7, 8, 9, and 10, who sat an external examination in this session, can collect their results from 11.30am onwards. Please note we will not be able to issue the above years’ results before the above stated time.
· All results will be available for collection in the Sports Hall on Thursday 25th August only. Students should enter the school via the main site entrance and make their way to the hard court.
· Staff will be available to support and advise students where necessary.
· Post 16 students who sat a GCSE or studied BTEC Level 2 should go to their base site to collect their results. Results will be available for collection from 11.30am onwards.
ENROLMENT INTO POST 16
· Enrolment into Post 16 will take place on the following days:
· Thursday 25th August: Internal enrolment for students from Harris Federation only. Once your results have been collected please report to the allocated area for enrolment into Year 12.
· Friday 26th August: External enrolment for new Year 12s. This is taking place at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace. Applicants should enter the school grounds via the main site entrance.
· A possible second date for enrolment into Year 12 may occur on Tuesday 30th August. A notice of confirmation of this date will be posted on the website.
