Academy closure - extreme weather update. 01/12/10 10:34am
Due to the current weather conditions and subsequent problems for students and staff travelling safely to the Academy, Harris City Academy Crystal Palace will be CLOSED today, Wednesday 1 December.
Our expectation is that the Academy will open as normal tomorrow and that students will follow their normal timetabled lessons rather than the Thematic Curriculum Day originally scheduled. This means that the University visits planned for Year 9 students will NOT be taking place and all students should bring books and equipment for their normal Thursday lessons. The Year 12 Psychology trip is currently still scheduled to take place. Please continue to check the website for updates on this and other news related to the exceptional weather.
